Ingredients:

How to apply:
Mix the lightening powder with the Koleston Perfect Crème developer (6%, 9%, or 12% – NOT SUPPLIED), or with the Colour Touch activating emulsion (1.9% or 4%) using the ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2. If the mixture touches the scalp, use a developer of a maximum strength of 6%.
