Schwarzkopf BLONDME Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ is a powder lightener with unrivalled performance that’s able to lift both natural and coloured hair up to 9 levels. It offers perfect neutralisation, thanks to its anti-yellow agents which directly target the hair pigment that causes those warm yellow undertones.

It’s upgraded from the old BLONDME Premium Lift 9+ thanks to the inclusion of Schwarzkopf’s Integrated Bond Enforcing Technology. This uses succinic acid to penetrate the hair during blonding and protect those all important hair bonds, resulting in blonde hair which keeps its strength and elasticity making it less prone to breakage.

BLONDME Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ has a flexible mixing ratio (between 1:1.5 and 1:2.5), which means you can mix it to the consistency that works best for you, and should be mixed with BLONDME Premium Developer for optimum bleaching and hair care. Processing time is 20–45 minutes depending on the desired effect.
